To help the deaf and hard of hearing with telephone information, a TextPhone system is installed at the Terminal 1 (Main Terminal) Airport Information Desk. Special TextPhone number: 0121-767-8084 We have staff available on the Information Desk who can use sign language.
Toilet Facilities
Toilets for disabled travellers are provided throughout both terminal buildings as well as in the Multi-Storey car park for which the keys are held in the Multi-Storey car park control room.
